Truman Olie Roach, age 70, of Edmonton passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Bragg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pmCT until 8pmCT, Tuesday, July 5, 2016, and after 9amCT, Wednesday at the funeral home.


Truman Olie Roach, 70, Edmonton, KY (1945-2016)

He was the son of the late Olie and Marene Wilson Roach. He was born August 2, 2016. He died Saturday, July 2, 2016, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 11 months.

He was retired from Ford Motor Company and a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church at Sheperdsville, KY.

He is survived by:
  • Two sons: Todd (Michelle) Roach of Edmonton, KY; and Barry Roach of Glasgow, KY

  • Three brothers: Paul, Russell and Robert Roach all of Edmonton, KY

  • Three grandchildren: James (Crystal) Vogel of Louisville, KY; and Cory and Justin Roach of Edmonton, KY

  • Four great grandchildren: Bryalon, Wyatt, Kartleigh and Waylon
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. John Ben and Hubert Maxie Roach; and Creo Dickson, Maxine Bragg and Bertha Marie Roach.
