He was a former machinist and welder. He was also a former gate hauler. Russell was a friend to many and never met a stranger. He was a native of Pulaski County, KY and a resident of Adair County, KY, at the time of his death. He leaves nine direct living descendants.

Russell B. Pendleton, age 49, of Adair County, KY, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Monday, June 27, 2016, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Road, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Marvin Lane officiating. Burial will follow in the Austin Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10am-1pmCT/11am-2pmET, on Monday at the funeral home.



Pallbearers will be Mike Fox, Phillip, Dale, Aaron, Kevin Pendleton, and Gerald Stevenson.

Russell B. Pendleton, Adair County, KY(1967-2016)

Born June 3, 1967, in Pulaski Co., KY. He was a son of Roger Glen Pendleton and the late Judy Carol Fox Hall. He died Saturday, June 25, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 49 years, 22 days.

Russell was a former machinist and welder. He was also a former gate hauler. Russell was a friend to many and never met a stranger. Survivors include:
  • His father: Roger Glen Pendleton

  • His son: Aaron Pendleton

  • His daughter: Shonna Roy

  • Brothers: Phillip, Roger Dale, Kevin, and Greg Pendleton
  • Sisters: JoAnn Dick, Karen Pendleton, and Jennifer Pendleton

  • Fiance': Saundra Turpin

  • And seven grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his mother and brothers, Darin, Troy, and Jeffrey Glen Pendleton.
