Karen Isbell, 68, of Russell Springs, KY, died Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral service for Karen Isbell will be 10amCT, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Jeff Griffin officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, June 24, 2016, and 8amCT, Saturday. Interment will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.



Active Pallbearers: Joe Kerns, Mark Rose, Matt Sexton, Gary Gaskins, Joe Paulowski, and John Edmonds.

Honorary Pallbearers: Asher, Asa, Nik, and Remy Isbell.

She was born January 4, 1948 in Russell County, KY, to the late Sam & Nola Chapman Snow. She died Wednesday, June 22, 2016, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 68 years, five months, and 18 days. She was a bank teller.

Survivors include the following:
  • Husband: Danny Isbell, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sons: Robbie (Melanie) Isbell, Glasgow, KY; and Eric (Rachel) Isbell, Bowling Green, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • One brother: Marvin (Peggy) Snow
