Helen M. Cooper, 91, of Jamestown, KY, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2016, at her residence.

Funeral Services for Helen M.Cooper will be Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at 11amCT, at the Jamestown First Baptist Church, W. Cumberland Avenue, Jamestown, KY. with Bro. Scott Russell officiating. Friends may visit on Monday, June 13, 2016, after 5pmCT, at the church. Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown,KY



Helen M. Cooper, 91, Russell County, KY (1925-2016)

Helen was born in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY on February 15,1925, a daughter of the late Clora (Miller) and C. L. McKinley. She died Friday, June 10, 2016, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 91 years, three months, and 26 days.

She is survived by:
  • Two sons: H.K. Cooper and Don (Pam) Cooper, both of Jamestown, KY

  • A brother: Gwen McKinley, of Winter Park, FL

  • Five grandchildren

  • Eleven great grandchildren
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenton J. Cooper, daughter-in-law Diane Dutton Cooper, two brothers Ernest and Faldeen McKinley and two sisters Etha Jane Walters and Zelva McKinley.

The family request memorial donations to the Jamestown First Baptist Church.
