Carl Bloyd Underwood, age 89, of Campbellsville, KY, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in Campbellsville.

Cremation was chosen with arrangements under the direction of Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Carl was born in Taylor County on April 19, 1927. He was the son of the late Everett and Lou Brewer Underwood. He died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 89 years, 11 months, and 22 days.

He retired after many years serving the local area as an Auto Mechanic.

He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Underwood.

Carl is survived by:
  • His son: Wayne Underwood

  • One grandson: Brett Underwood

  • One granddaughter: Mandy

  • Three sisters: Bernice of Hodgenville, KY; Goldie of Campbellsville, KY; and Virginia of Louisville, KY
