She was also a homemaker and dairy farmer. She was the daughter of the late Caleb Levis Squires and Ollie Mae Stephens Squires and the widow of Chester Jeffries, her husband of over 52 years. She leaves three direct living descendants. The funeral services for Clarice Squires Jeffries will be conducted at 12pmNoonCT, Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Jesus Name Church, 80 Tabernacle Rd, Campbellsville, Kentucky with burial to follow in the Tabernacle Cemetery. Elder Rueal Boils, Elder Jimmie Sharp, Elder Ronnie Gowen, and Bro. James Thurman Jeffries officiating. Visitation is requested from 3pmCT until 8pmCT, Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Jesus Name Church and after 9amCT, Sunday at the Church until time of the funeral service. She was 83 years, one month, and one day of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Jesus Name Church in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
