Cathy Cox, Casey County, KY (1953-2016)  Cathy was a former Dietician at Liberty Care Center and attended New Testament Baptist Church. She was a native of Casey County, KY, a resident of the county at the time of her death, and her final resting place will be in Casey County. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Evona Lane Steinhauer. Her husband, Fairley Cox, survives. She leaves 11 direct living descendants spanning three generations.
