She was the daughter of the late John W. and Bessie Norman Mills. She was the widow of Ray Brown. Mike Brown officiating. Mrs. Priscella Brown will be laid to rest in Salem Cemetery. Visitation is 2pm-7pmCT/3pm-8pmET, Sunday, April 3, 2016, McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, and will continue Monday from 7am-9amCT/8am-10amET, at the funeral home.
