James Logan Foley, 85, of Russell Springs, died Monday, March 28, 2016 at his home.

Funeral service for James Logan Foley will be at 12pmNoonCT, Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Ronald Wilson officiating. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Friday. Interment in the Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 West Highway 80, Nancy, Pulaski County, KY, with full military honors by the Russell County Honor Guard. Members of Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers.



James Logan Foley, 85, Russell County, KY (1930-2016)

He was born November 22, 1930 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late James Logan & Cordelia Cooper Foley. He died Monday, March 28, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 85 years, four months, and six days.

He was retired from the US Air Force.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Edna White, Rosemary Aaron, Stella Wilkerson, andJewell Shaw; and fove brothers, D.C. Foley, Ottis Ray Foley, Marvin Foley, Newell Foley, and Edward Foley.

Survivors include:
  • Sister: Shirley (Arlo) Richard, Macon, and Georgia

  • Brothers-in-law: Bobby Aaron and Arlo Richard

  • Several nieces and nephews
