She was a member of a highly regarded East Adair County, KY family, a the daughter of the late Joe & Emma Moore Absher of Adair County, KY, and the widow of J.B. Lawhorn. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 1pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Rev. Carlie Riggs will officiate. Interment will be in the Freedom Cemetery. The family request visiting after 4pm on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
