He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army, member of Union Independent Baptist Church, and a farmer. He was the son of the late Deveria B. Wilson and Josiah Thomas Wilson. His wife, Geraldine Gaskin Wilson, survives. He leaves one direct living descendant, a daughter, Leah Antle of Russell Springs, KY.

Thomas D. Wilson, age 70 years of Windsor, KY passed away, Thursday, February 11, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 1pmCT, Sunday February 14, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Greg Wade officiating. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery, Highway 3525, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be Saturday February 13, 2016 4pm-9pmCT, at the funeral home.



Thomas D. Wilson, 70, Windsor, KY (1945-2016)

He was born on Thursday May 31, 1945 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Deveria B. Wilson and Josiah Thomas Wilson. He died Thursday, February 11, 2016, in Windsor, KY, at the age of 70 years, eight months, and 11 days.

He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army, member of Union Independent Baptist Church, and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Gaskin Wilson, Windsor, KY and the following:
  • One daughter: Leah Antle and spouse Johnny Brad Antle, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sisters; Faye Wilson and Mae Wilson, both of Russell Springs, KY

  • One brother

  • A host of nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his first wife Sheila M. Wilson on January 13, 2013.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are suggested to Union Cemetery or Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
