Rob Wilkerson says he will pursue seat on CAUD board About: - PSC updates list of CAUD board candidates, extends deadline By Ed Waggener In a communication at 11:02 this morning, Fri 1 Jan 2016, Rob Wilkerson, head of ATS Mobility and Wilkerson Auto & Mobility Sales, informed us that he will pursue his candidacy for the vacant seat on the Columbia/Adair Utilities District with the Public Service Commission. We have not heard directly from Sharon Shelds-Smock, but our best guess is that she will apply for the position as well. In all, the PSC will have eight very strong - some super qualified by experience, temperament, and vision - candidates from which to appoint the next CAUD board member.
