Phyllis Jean Waymon, age 70, of Campbellsville, formerly of Edinburgh, IN died Friday, December 25, 2015 in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow in the Elliott Cemetery. The family request visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET,Monday, December 28, 2015, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.



She had lived in Campbellsville for the past six years after moving from Indiana where she worked for Toys R Us. While living in Campbellsville, she attended Elkhorn Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Junior Waymon, and the following:
  • Four sons: Doug Waymon and his wife, Linda, of Indiana,; David Waymon and his wife, Candy of Radcliff, KY; Chris Waymon of Campbellsville, KY; and Matt Waymon and his wife, Cindy of Indiana

  • Fifteen grandchildren
