He was a musician. He was a native of Clinton County and a resident of Russell County at the time of his death. He was the son of Mary Bell Brown, who survives, and he late Murrell Brown. His wife, Kathy Hawkins Brown, survives. He leaves four direct living descendants and eight siblings, seven of Russell County, and one of Adair County

Mark T. Brown, 34, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015, at his home.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at 1pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main, Jamestown, Ky with Bro. Phillip Miller officiating. Friends may visit after 10amCT on Wednesday, at the funeral home, Burial will be in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

He was born in Albany, Clinton County, KY, August 12, 1981, a son of Mary (Bell) Brown and the late Murrell Brown. He died Monday, December 14, 2015, at the age of 34 years, four months, and two days.

He was a musician.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hawkins Brown, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • Three sons: William, Isaiah, and Devan all of Russell Springs, KY

  • One daughter: Elizabeth Brown, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Four brothers: Jerry and Barry Brown of Jamestown, KY; Wayne Brown of Russell Springs, KY; and Randy Brown of Columbia, KY

  • Four sisters: Sharon Stargle, Joanneth and Marilyn Burchett all of Jamestown, KY; and Sherry Miller of Russell Springs, KY

  • A host of nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his father.
