BJF: Robert Stone has again penned a masterpiece

Review of Poetry by Robert Stone: To Chance a Better Life, a sonnet

By Billy Joe Fudge

Well, once again Robert you've penned a masterpiece. Form and function and flow are "beyond the pale" of poetic consistency when compared to the English masters.

Your content and message and questions asked are, I'm sure, meant to incite thought concerning the issues rather than a personal seeking of knowledge.

I arrive at that conclusion based upon your confident tone in asking. One who had not already formed a foundation of reason, firm and secure, would most probably not have chanced the asking in fear of answers unintended.

Keep those creative juices flowing. I for one enjoy every word. - The reviewer, Billy Joe Fudge, is a Kentucky poets whose poetic works, photography, and commentary are frequently posted on ColumbiaMagazine.com
