Ann Marie Smith, 81, of Russell Springs, KY, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Funeral service for Ann Marie Smith will be 1pmCT, Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Tony Stephens officiating. VisitationL after 11amCT, Monday. Burial will be in the Tarter Cemetery.


She was born November 13, 1934 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Gordon & Marie Taylor Vickers. She died Thursday, December 3, 2015, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 20 days.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include the following:
  • Nine children: Anthony Smith, Belinda Smith. both of Jamestown; KY; Ronald Smith, Kimball Smith, Rose Mann, Gloria Mann, Dawn Ingle, Kent Chisenhall, all of Russell Springs, KY; and Nick Smith, Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Sixteen grandchildren

  • Twenty-five great grandchildren

  • One brother

  • Three sisters
