Kaye Bell, 67, of Liberty, KY passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Funeral services are 12pmCT/1pmET, Monday, November 30, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Jeff Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation is 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Sunday, November 29, 2015, at the funeral home.



Kaye Bell, 67, Casey County, KY (1948-2015)


Born November 13, 1948 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of James "Candy"Edwards and Evelyn Lay Edwards of Liberty, KY. She died Thursday, November 26, 2015, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 67 years, 13 days.

She was an employee of Liberty Sportswear and Oshkosh. She was a former meat cutter at Abe's Pic-Pac. She attended the Liberty First Church of God and was a member of Pine Grove Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bell, who died December 26, 2013; a daughter, Benita Noel ; a granddaughter, Amanda Bell; and brother-in -law, Dwayne Clements.

Survivors include the following:
  • Two sons: Cliff Bell of Liberty, KY; and Phillip (and Stacia) Bell of Liberty, KY

  • Four grandchildren: David, Casey, Nathan and Heather

  • Six great-grandchildren: Mariah, Conner, Lauren, Kaylyn, Shawn and Dylan

  • A brother: Mike (and Patty) Edwards of Loxley, AL

  • And a sister: Terri Clements of Liberty, KY
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Kidney Foundation of America.
