Jeannie Moss, 75, Jamestown, KY (1940-2015)

She was a member of a highly respected Jamestown, KY, family. She was a nurse and a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was a native of Russell County, KY, the daughter of the late Aubrey & Elsie Pauline McKinley Bradshaw. Her husband John Moss, Jamestown, KY, survives. She leaves eight direct living descendants.

Jeannie Moss died Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. She was 75 years old.

Funeral service for Jeannie Moss will be 10amCT, Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 North Main St, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Greg Estes officiating. A visitation will be held after 5pmCT Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.

Jeannie Moss was born June 25, 1940 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Aubrey & Elsie Pauline McKinley Bradshaw. She died Monday, November 2, 2015, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 75 years, four months, and eight days.

She was a nurse and a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Bowmer.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband, John Moss, Jamestown
  • Two sons, Barry (Karen) Bowmer, Lexington and Billy (Jana) Bowmer, Jamestown
  • Five grandchildren, John (Sabrina) Bowmer, Christopher Bowmer, Cody Lawson, Brian Lawson, Lauren (Zak) Wallace
  • One great grandchild, Jonah Bowmer
  • One sister, Janet (Alben) Foley, Jamestown
Pallbearers: John Bowmer, Chris Bowmer, Brian Lawson, Barry Coffey, Pete Lee, Gene Dause.
