He died Sunday, October 18, 2015, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 75 years, nine months, and 17 days. He was a retired road inspector for the Kentucky Department of Transportation, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Baker, and one sister, Barbara Jane Baker. Survivors include:
