Lawrence Martin Burton, Jr., Adair Co. native (1929-2015) He was a proud veteran of the United States Army who served during the Korean War as a paratrooper. Lawrence was a mechanic by trade and loved fishing. He was born in Vester, Adair County, KY, a member of a large, highly respected Northeastern Adair County, KY family. He was the son of the late Lawrence Sr. & Emma Irene Streeval Burton. He leaves 22 direct living descendants. Burial will take a place at 12pmCT/1pmET on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 415 North Gate Road, Madison, IN 47250. Full military honors will be conducted. He was formerly of Adair County, KY. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army who served during the Korean War as a paratrooper. Lawrence was a mechanic by trade and loved fishing.
