Inga Diane Stephens, 68 of Casey County, KY passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the Casey County Hospital.

Funeral services are at 10amCT/11amET, Monday, October 5, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Sunday from 5pm-8pmCT, at the funeral home. Visitation is 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Sunday, October 4, 2015, at the funeral home.

Born Friday, September 19, 1947 in Casey County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Virtreas and Mary Belle Bastin Godbey. She died Thursday, October 5, 2015, at the age of 68 years, 16 days.

She was a retired teacher with 27 years of service for the Casey County Board of Education and also retired from Oakwood of Somerset. Inga was a member of Calvary Ridge Baptist Church.

Survivors include The following:
  • Two sons: Andy (and Nikki) Stephens of Liberty, KY; and Sean Stephens of Bethelridge, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Ashely Rodgers, Danielle Barrett, Emilee Spears, and Hadlee Jade Lee;

  • A great-grandchild: Lakken Rodgers

  • Two brothers: Virtreas McKinley Godbey of Walltown, KY; and Donald Ray Godbey of Liberty, KY

  • And a sister: Donna Kay Williams of Yosemite, KY
