nat Junior McQueary, 77, of Casey County, KY passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral services are at 10amCT/11amET, Monday, August 31, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro J. D. McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Contown Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, August 30, 2015, from 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmCT, at the funeral home.



Junior McQueary, Casey Co., KY (1937-2015)

Born December 6, 1937 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Lee Otis McQueary, Sr. and Nettie Knight McQueary. He died Friday, August 28, 2015, at the age of 77 years, eight months, and 22 days.

He was the owner/operator of a sawmill. Junior attended the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Vivian Mae McDonald McQueary of Liberty, KY, and the following:
  • Three sons: Mike (and Terri) McQueary, Darrell (and Linda) McQueary, and Jeff (and Faith Howard) McQueary all of Liberty, KY

  • A daughter: Lisa (and Jamie) Martin of King Mountain, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • Seven great-grandchild and number eight on the way

  • Four brothers: James (and Kay) McQueary of Covington, KY; Clifton McQueary ; Paul (and Betty) McQueary of Liberty, KY; and Leon (and Pam) McQueary of Liberty, KY

  • Three sisters: Wanda Wilham of Danville, KY; Mary(and Billy) Mills of Liberty, KY; and Joann Rodgers of Liberty, KY
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Harold McQueary; two brothers, Farley and Marvin McQueary; and two sisters, Sherry Eads and Irene Peavley.
