Funeral services will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 1pmCT, at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, with Brother Jason Page officiating. Burial will follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2015, 3pm-9pmCT, and on Friday after 7amCT until time of services.
