Bessie Sullivan, 96, of Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, August 14, 2015, at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral services will be 2pmCT, Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. David Coffey officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Sunday. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery.

Bessie Sullivan, 96, Russell County, KY (1918-2015)

She was born September 29, 1918 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Wallace and Lillie Mae Womack White. She died Friday, August 14, 2015, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 96 years, 10 months, and 16 days.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by three children: Phillip Sullivan, Danny Sullivan and Betty Antle, and by a brother, Eddie White.

Survivors include:
  • Eight children: Mike (Tammy) Sullivan, Bonnie Burton, Sharon Burton, Larry (Sherry) Burton; Gary (Debbie) Burton, all of Russell Springs, KY; Carolyn Pollard, Texas; Jimmy Sullivan, Texas; Joe Sullivan, Lawrenceburg, Ky

  • Host of grandchildren & great grandchildren.
