Edward Lee Milton age 77, of Glasgow, KY, passed away Tuesday, August 04, 2015 at his home.

Funeral services were held at 2pmCT, Thursday, August 6, 2015, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton with burial in the Cedar Flat Cemetery near Edmonton, KY. Visitation was from 4pmCT until 8pmCT Wednesday and after 9amCT, Thursday at the funeral home.



He was the son of the late Paul Milton and Dessie Poynter Sexton.

He was retired from Tube Turns in Louisville. He was of the protestant faith and a United States Army Veteran.

He is survived by the following:
  • His wife of 54 years: Barbara England Milton of Glasgow, KY

  • Seven children; Brenda Hadley and companion Dennis Sprowles of Glasgow, KY; Linda Cloyd and husband Raymond of Elizabethtown, KY; Ricky Milton and wife Donna of Bowling Green, KY; Donna Jodoin and companion Michael Smith of Edmonton, KY. Michael Milton and wife Vickie of Glasgow, KY; Eric Milton and wife Amy of Edmonton, KY; and Kevin Milton of Tucson, Arizona

  • Two brothers: William Sexton of Glasgow, KY; and Paul Sexton of Grand Rivers, KY

  • One sister: Dorothy Stilts of Edmonton, KY

  • Seventeen grandchildren

  • and five great grandchildren
