He was a veteran having served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Summersville Masonic Lodge William B. Allen #704 F&AM.He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Geraldine Marie Quisenberry Berry.

Mr. Joseph Calvin Berry of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of the late Elbert Lewis Berry and Allison Eugenia Chaudoin, was born on August 31, 1938 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Greensburg Retirement on Columbia Highway. He was 76 years, ten months and 23 days of age.

The funeral services for Mr. Joseph Calvin Berry will be conducted at 10amCT, Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Brush Creek Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Wilson Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Noe will be officiating. Visitation was requested from 4pm until 8pmCT,, Sunday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7am until 9amCT , Monday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.


Pallbearers: Terry Paxton, Randall Joe Milby, John Tyler Bagby, David Thompson, Jackie Bagby, Tim Jeffries, and Finis Berry.

Mr. Joseph Calvin Berry of Greensburg, Green County, KY was the son of the late Elbert Lewis Berry and Allison Eugenia Chaudoin. He was born on August 31, 1938 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Greensburg Retirement on Columbia Highway. He was 76 years, ten months and 23 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was a retired assembly person from General Electric. He was a veteran having served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Summersville Masonic Lodge William B. Allen #704 F&AM.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Geraldine Marie Quisenberry Berry of Greensburg. They were united in marriage on December 19, 1959.

Other survivors include a sister and a brother: Patsy Janes and Doyle Berry both of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Mr. Berry was also preceded in death by an infant brother Gary David Berry. Memorials are suggested to be made to the Gideon Bible fund and can be made at the funeral home.
