Dello Foley, 83, Russell County, KY (1932-2015) He was a retired truck driver and a member of Good Tidings Baptist Church where he served as Deacon and Sunday School Superintendent. He was a native of Russell County, KY and a resident of the county at the time of his death. His wife of 64 years, Flora Wilmoth Foley, survives. He leaves eight direct living descendants.
