Ronald Gene Roy of Liberty, KY (1941-2015) He was a former employee of Tarter Gate and a farmer. He was a ntive of Casey County and a resident of the county at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Roy & Lorene Coffey Chapman Roy. His wife of over 52 years, Louise Hambrick Roy, survives. He leaves 13 direct living descendants. Funeral services are 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Ronald Gene Roy will be laid to rest in 910 Full Gospel Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday,5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Lucas Wilson, Adam Luttrell, Billy Roy, Edward Nolt, Vernon Lee, and Paul Luttrell. Honorary pallbearers are Otha Byrd, Cleo Whittle, Don Reed, and Mark Roy. He died Sunday, May 10, 2015, at his home in Teddy Hill Community, of Casey County, at the age of 73 years, 10 months, and three days. He was a former employee of Tarter Gate and a farmer.
