Adair Countian charged with multiple traffic offenses By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY – 27-year-old Joshua Witt, of Columbia, was arrested today, Sunday, May 3, 2015, at 12:18amCT, at the 59 mile marker on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Witt was operating a 1999 Mercedes Benz and was charged with Careless Driving, Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator's License and DUI 1st.
