Kenneth Wayne Blythe, age 52, of Edmonton, died Monday, March 30, 2015, at his residence.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 3, 2015, at 2pmCT at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY 42166, with Ray Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Lone Star Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 3pm-8pmCT, and on Friday after 7amCT until time of services.

Born August, 2, 1962 in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, Kenneth Wayne Blythe was a son of the late Junior Radford and Ruby Dee Page Blythe. He died Monday, March 30, 2015, in Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 52 years, seven months, and 28 days.
R He had worked at Stephens Mfg. and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by
  • Three daughters, Amanda (Brian) Wilson, Glasgow, Sarah Blythe Brown, Beaumont, and Emily Blythe, Beaumont;
  • Two sisters, Betty (Neddie) Whitlow, Beaumont, and Bonnie (Larry) Willis, Marrowbone;
  • Three brothers, Ray (Deborah) Blythe, Edmonton, Kelly Blythe, Beaumont, and James (Karen) Blythe, Beaumont;
  • One sister in law, Diane Blythe;
  • Eleven grandchildren, Jaxson, Ace, Payton, Tanner, Hayden, Cameron, Logan, Mason, Easton, Ava, and Emma;
  • The mother of his children, Sharon Turner

He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant son, Jeremy Wayne Blythe and one brother, Ervin Blythe.
