Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, 801 N. Race Street, Glasgow, KY. with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, 303 Leslie Avenue, Glasgow, KY. Friends may call after 7amCT, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the funeral home.

A native of Glasgow, Barren County, KY, she was the daughter of Ruth Ellen Woodcock and Richard Henry Lewis. She was born December 9, 1973. She died March 28, 2015, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 41 years, three months, and 19 days.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Jaylen Holmes and Timothy Gilbert

  • Her mother and step-father: Ruth and Charlie Bertram of Park City, KY

  • Her father: Richard Lewis of Glasgow, KY

  • One brother: Bruce Alton Lewis of Park City, KY

  • Two half-brothers: William Bertram and Charlie Bertram

  • One half-sister: Sandy Bertram

  • Two nieces

  • Two nephews

  • Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
