Burial in the Hugh Frank Cemetery Ralph Edward Carlton, 86, Russell County, KY (1929-2015) He was born February 14, 1929 in South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. He was the son of the late Glen Jacob & Grace Marie Toner Carlton. He died Sunday, March 22, 2015, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 86 years, one month, and eight days. He was a lineman for electric company and was a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Roy Carlton and a step son, David Hopper. Survivors include his wife, Catherine Edmonds Carlton, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
