Geneva Francis Jessie, age 88, of Edmonton, KY, died Friday, March 20, 2015 at Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Monday, March 23, 2015, at East Fork Baptist Church with burial in the Harper Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1pm-8pmCT Sunday, March 22,m 2015, and after 9amCT, Monday, March 23, 2015, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY.



She was the daughter of the late Buell and Virgie Fields Firkin. She was a homemaker and member of the East Fork Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters: Marilyn and husband Charlie Brown of Edmonton, KY; and Linda and husband Vertran Spainhoward of Lindseyville, KY
  • One sister: Shirley Lile of Edmonton, KY.

  • Eight grandchildren

  • Twenty-eight great grandchildren
  • And 25 great great grandchildren

  • Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James "Dude" Jessie and a grandson Scotty England.
