Green County Grand Jury returns indictments 4 Mar 2015

Ten indictments brought against six individuals

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 4 Mar 2015:

  1. Nicholas Maier (D/O/B 04-30-1991), Guthrie Street, Horse Cave, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 005 - 001. Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Burgary in third degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500. Count 3 - Theft by unlawful taking, under $500. Bond: $10,000 unsecured.
  2. Cody Reynolds. (D/O/B 10-03-1977), Indictment No. 15 CR 005 - 002. Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Burgary in third degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500. Count 3 - Theft by unlawful taking, under $500. Bond: $5,000.00 (10%).
  3. Mark W. Taylor (D/O/B 07-20-1967), Old Salem Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 006. Charged with four count(s). Count 1 - Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree. Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree. County 3- Possesion of Marijuana. Drug Paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000 (10%). MCR reporting and weekly testing.
  4. Mark W. Taylor (D/O/B 07-20-1967), Old Salem Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 007. Charged with two count(s). Count 1 - Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon. Count 2- Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon. Bond: $15,000 to be secured by 10% cash.
  5. Andrew Dziabula (D/O/B 08-30-1982), N. McCullum Avenue, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 008. Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Burglary 2nd Degeee. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking/disposition U/$500, Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: Bond $15,000- 10%. No contact victim/premises.
  6. Andrew Dziabula (D/O/B 08/30/1982), N. McCullum Street, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 009. Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Burglary in the second degree. Receiving stolen property under $500. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: $15,000 - 10%. No contact with victim/premises.
  7. Stephen H. Milby. (D/O/B 04-19-1974), Jones School Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 010. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Possession of firearm by convicted Felon. Bond: $15,000 PS - 30%.
  8. Stephen H. Milby (D/O/B 04-19-1974), Jones School Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 0011 - 001. Charged with six count(s). Count 1 - cultivate in marijuana - less than 5 plants, second or subsequent offense. Count 2 - Trafficking in marijuana, more than 5 lbs, 1st offense. Count 3 - possession of controlled substance 1st degree. Count 4- Wanton endangerment 1st degree. Count 5 - Buy/possess drug paraphernalia. Count 6 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: $15,000 10%.
  9. Alice McGuffin (D/O/B 10-23-1992), Jones School Road Indictment No. 15 CR 011 - 002. Charged with five count(s). Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana more than 5 lbs 1st offense. Count 2 - Possession of controlled substance 1st degree. Count 3 - Wanton endangerment 1st degree. Count 4 - Buy/possess drug paraphernalia. Count 5 - Cultivate in marijuana less than 5 plants. Bond: $15,000. 10%.
  10. Harry W. Brown (D/O/B 07-22-1969), Hopewell Road, Louisville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR 005 - 012. Charged with two count(s). Count 1 - Receiving stolen property over $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: $5,000, full cash.
