Mayor Curtis Hardwick declares State of Emergency Mayor asks everyone to stay off streets unless reporting to work or have an emergency By Rhonda Loy, City Clerk Mayor Hardwick, City of Columbia, KY has declared a State of Emergency. The local Emergency Operation Plan shall be fully executed and implemented by Adair County Emergency Management.
