Richard Keltner, Adair Co., KY (1928-2015) He was a Korean War veteran of the United States Army, retired from General Electric and a member of the Methodist Church. Click on headline for complete obituary Richard Keltner, 86, Russell Springs Road, Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2:20 PM at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY. He was born July 11, 1928 in Gradyville, KY the son of the late Garnett and Bessie Compton Keltner. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Bro. Carlie Riggs and Bro. Scott Allen will be the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 3:30 PM on Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia. He was preceded in death by his wife: Doris Ellen Reliford Keltner on June 8, 2003 and by one brother Lawrence Keltner and one sister Maxine Smith. Mr. Keltner was a US Army Korean War veteran, he was retired from General Electric after 33 years of service and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include:
