She was the daughter of the late Jim Ed and Mary Liz Richards. She was the matriarch of a large, respected Adair County, KY family. Mrs. McInteer was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Glenn McInteer the officiating clergy. Interment in the Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 4:30pmCT, on Sunday, February 1, 2015, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary. Pallbearers: Austin Bragg, Mike Bragg, Ray Bragg, Benny Courtney, Mike Allen, Blake Allen Opal Kelsay McInteer, Adair County, KY (1932-2015) She was born in Gradyville, KY on Friday, June 3, 1932 the daughter of the late: Jim Ed and Mary Liz Janes Richards of Adair County, Kentucky. She died Friday,m January 30, 2015, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 82 years, seven months, and 23 days. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Silas Kelsay on March 16, 2007.
