Doshie Bell England, 85, of Columbia, died Monday, December 15, 2014 at 12:12pmCT, at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room, Columbia, KY.

Funeral service will be Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Lewis Haynes officiating. Burial in Robinson Chapel Cemetery, 10477 Knifley Road, Knifley, KY. Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Wednesday, December 17, 2014.



Casket Bearers: Bill Cook, Jimmy England, Charles Greer, Bobby England, Logan Baker and Lynwood Tucker.

She was born September 27, 1929, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late William David & Edith Pearl Lewis Hardin. She died Monday, December 15, 2014, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 85 years, two months, and 18 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. England on December 5, 1994. Survivors include:
  • Two sons: Bobby Ray and Roger David England, both of Columbia, KY

  • Special daughter-in-law: Sheila England of Columbia, KY

  • Two brothers: Orville Ray Hardin of Fairfield, CA and Elwood Hardin of Ottawa, IL

  • One sister: Gladys Logsdon of Magnolia, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Bobby Ray England, Jr. and Angel Nicole England

  • Five great-grandchildren

  • Two step-great-grandchildren

  • One great-great-grandchild
