The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority, Inc. will hold its regular 3rd Tuesday meeting at 8:00 am CT, Tue 16 Dec 2014, at the Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. The meeting is open to the public. - Dan Antle, EDA Chairperson

Welcome and Call to Order
Determination of a Quorum

- Approval of minutes as presented, Randy Burns, Secretary
- Approval of treasurer's report as presented, Mike Curry, Treasurer
- EDA report by Holly Grimsley

Old Business
- Fencing at Green River Commerce Park, Mark Dykes
- Updating EDA website

New Business
- New Lap Top and Wireless Printer for EDA use
- A Planning/Work Session concerning direction of EDA
