Green Co., KY Grand Jury 3 Dec 2014 returns indictments

Indictments brought against 3 individuals; total of 5 counts. Charge include forcible rape/persistent felony offender; wanton endangerment/criminal mischief; and credit card fraud.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court Eleventh Judicial District Div 1 & Div II grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 3 Dec 2014, filed in the office of Green County Circuit Court Clerk Ann Mattingly:


  1. Ronald Sallee (D/O/B 03/09/1975), Reids Chapel Road, Campbellsville, KY . Indictment No. 14-CR00052 (Div II) - Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 -Rape 1st Degree (Class B Felony) - The Grand Jury Charges: that on or about June 2013, the above named defendant engaged in sexual inercourse by forcible compulsion. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender. Bond: $50,000 Cash. No Contact with victim.
  2. Gregory Stillwell (D/O/B 04/01/1977), Mt. Sherman Road, Hodgenville, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR-00054 (Div I) - Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 - Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree (Class D Felony) - Grand Jury charges that on or about June 17, 2014, in Green County, KY, the above named defendant maniesting extreme indifferrence ot human life wantonly engaged in conduct which created substantial danger of seriorphysical injury or death to another person. Count 2 - Criminal mischief. (Green Distict Court #14-F-036.Bond set at $10,000; Defendant did not make bond, being held in another county - maybe LaRue. Bond: $10,000. .
  3. Tonya Powell (D/O/B 11-03-1977), Hillview Terrace, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00053 (Div I) - Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Over $500 but less than $10,000 (Class D Felony) Bond: $2,500 .
