All Adair County Veterans invited to ride on float

Christmas in Columbia Veterans Float

By Tiffany Kessler

All Adair County Veterans are invited to ride on a float (made in your honor) this Saturday during the Christmas in Columbia parade! Please share this with any local veteran you may know. Veterans need to be at the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene Church parking lot, 1200 Jamestown Street, Columbia, KY at 5:30pmCT, Sat 6 Dec 2014

The float will be directly behind this year's Grand Marshal vehicle - the WWII veterans (9 are participating!). Please be a part of this so our community can show our appreciation! It doesn't matter if you wear a uniform or casual clothes. Parade goers are encouraged to bring their American flags to wave! Anyone needing additional info can contact me at 270-250-3778. - TIFFANY KESSLER
