25 Nov 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments

The Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against six individuals on Wednesday, 25 Nov 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Three indicted for flagrant non-support, one involving methamphetamines, one on one count receiving stolen property and criminal mischief; and one man faces five indictments, two counts each, of receiving stolen property.

Those indicted were:

  1. Tony G. George. (D.O.B. 4-17-1981) Paull Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00163- Charged with 1 Count. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-support. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  2. Jean George (D.O.B. 11-5-1984) Paull Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00164 - Charged with 1 Count. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support. Bond: () . Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  3. Tony Hadley (D.O.B. 06-16-1969) Cape Road. Indictment No. 14-CR-00165- Charged with 1 Count. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support, Bond: $2,500 c/sec prop. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  4. Patricia D. Haskiell (D.O.B. 01/21/1991) Ross Car Road, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00166- Charged with 2 Counts. Count 1 - Manufacture of Methamphetamine. Count 2 - Possession of a Controlled Substance in the first Degree, First Offense (Methamphetamine) Bond: $10,000 c//s prop .
  5. Daniel M. Hardison (D.O.B. 6-27-1995) Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00167- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property (alleges theft of movable property from Ronnie Stone Used Cars). Count 2 - Criminal Mischief in the third degree. (allege damage to a Chevrolet Impala belong to Ronnie Stone Used Cars). Summons. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  6. Ricky Dale George (D.O.B. 5-18-1968) Oak Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00168- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property (Allegations in re: theft of cattle water eeder rom Lake Cumberland Feed and Farm Supplu) . County 2 - Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree. Summons.. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  7. Ricky Dale George (D.O.B. 5-18-1968) Oak Street. Indictment No. 14-CR-00169- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 (Allegations in re: 8 Tractor weight belonging to Raybon Smith) Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offenderin the First Degree. Summons. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  8. Ricky Dale George (D.O.B. 5-18-1968) Oak Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00170- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000. (Allegations in re: 8 tractor weights belong to Victor Hill.) Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree. Summons . Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  9. Ricky Dale George (D.O.B. 5-18-1968) Oak Street, Columbia, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00171- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property (Allegations in re: 12 Tractor Weights from Hobdy, Dye and Reed) . Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender in the first degree. Under $10,000. Summons. Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
  10. Ricky Dale George (D.O.B. 5-18-1968) Oak Street. Indictment No. 14-CR-00172- Charged with 2 Count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Propety (Allegation in re: Briggs & Stratton presure washer belonging to Bryan Smith) . Count 2 - Persistent felony offender Summons . Arraignment 9 Dec 2014 at 1:00pmCT.
