Visitation is 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Friday, November 28, 2014 at the funeral home. Voicel was a caring lady who enjoyed taking care of others. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Taylor, who died July 22, 2012; a brother, Darrell Hamm; and two sisters, Edna Lawhorn and Blanche Hamm. Survivors include the following:
