Russell Co. injury collision occurs on US 127 on Wolf Creek Dam

JAMESTOWN, KY –Tpr. Kenny Brown is investigating a collision that occurred today at 9:50amCT, 10 miles south of Jamestown on US 127 on Wolf Creek Dam. 28-year-old Amber D. Bowlin, of Albany, was operating a 1994 Ford Explorer, traveling north. Bowlin lost control of her vehicle and struck a guardrail.

Bowlin and a passenger, 37-year-old Kristie L. Key, of Albany, KY were not belted and were treated for non life threatening injuries at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Bowlin was cited for Driving Under the Influence 1st, No Seatbelt and No Insurance.
