Burial will follow in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. The family requests visitation from 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home. Mary R, Baise, 86, Adair County, KY (1928-2014) Mary was born Wednesday, September 19, 1928 in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Rollin and Trannie Russell Murrell. She died Monday, November 10, 2014, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 86 years, one months, and 21 days. A retired Registered Nurse, she retired from Taylor Regional Hospital and was a member of the Kentucky Nursing Association. She was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Howard Clint Baise; a son, Ronald Howard Baise; a brother, Tommie Murrell and a brother-in-law, Glenn Keen.
