Tony Stephens officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Thursday, October 30, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late Hershel & Sedalia Pearl Bernard Rexroat. She died Monday, October 27, 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 86 years, five months, and 24 days. She was a homemaker and a member of Russell Springs, First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Woodrow Flanagan; a sister, Vivian Gasaway; and a brother, Ralph Rexroat. Survivors include the following:
