Visitation will be after 12pm noon CT Friday at Bernard Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers: David Strout, Dustin Pegg, Cody Lee Blair, Travis LaFavers, Gary Dale Curry, and Josh Conover. She died Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Summit Manor Health & Rehab in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 72 years, two months, and 10 days. She had worked at Russell Sportswear as a seamstress. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Guffey, and a sister, Sue Ann Lloyd. Survivors include the following:
