Sharon Coomer, Adair County, KY (1947-2014) 'Sharon was part of a large extended family. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and consistently demonstrated her Christian faith. She was a long-time member of the Columbia United Methodist Church, having held various committee positions within the church, primarily being the Choir Director for the past several years. She was a valued employee of Reed Brothers Insurance for 42 years. Some of her greatest times were when she and her two card partners would beat the men playing a rousing round of Canasta. God has chosen to take a special angel into His midst. While she will be welcomed into His presence, her family and friends on earth will miss her terribly until we see her again. Godspeed Sharon.' She died Monday, October 6, 2014, at the age of 67 years, three months and 24 days. Sharon was part of a large extended family.
