Billy Tupman, 79, Russell County, KY (1934-2014) He was a member of a highly regarded family South Central Kentucky family. He was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of Russell County, KY, at the time of his death. He was the son of the late James Tyler and Margaret Caldwell Tupman. His wife, Carole Tupman, survives. He was an engineer at Duo-County Telephone and a member of Freedom Christian Church in Jamestown, KY. He was an engineer at Duo-County Telephone and a member of Freedom Christiaan Church in Jamestown, KY. He is survived by his wife, Carole Tupman, Jamestown, KY, and the following:
