Vivian Stephens, of Edmonton, KY, died Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Sunday 5 Oct 2014, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Humes Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Saturday, 4 Oct 2014, and after 9amCT, Sunday at the funeral home.

She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Ethel Humes Wilson.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Gail Stephens of Edmonton, KY

  • Three sons: Timmy and wife Kathy Stephens of Edmonton, KY; Terry and wife Tina Stephens of New Salisbury, Indiana, amd Jerry and wife Wendy Stephens of Summer Shade, KY

  • One sister: Vada Combs of Mt. Hermon, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Two great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Phillip Stephens.

Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, in charge of arrangements.
